Armand Bureros is a member of the 2021 FACC Executive Committee.

Armand Bureros was born in Santander, Cebu, Philippines on December,1954. He earned his Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry degree at Cebu Bible Seminary Philippines. He is married to Lea Santos Bureros and they are blessed with three children. In 2001, he moved to the United States and is currently serving as an Elder of the Chicago Suburban Christian Church, Chicago, Illinois.
