Pastor Alberto Oniverga Bulalayao has been in Ministry for 23 years now and is currently a Senior Pastor at the Church of Christ Taytay. He graduated from Manila Bible Seminary and has served at different churches in different capacities. He is married to Maribel and they are blessed with three children.
