Pastor Rustom Pel is speaking at the 2021 FACC

Pastor Rustom Pel earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Manila Bible Seminary and has served as a full-time Pastor since 1987. He is a founder and Director of Summer Bible Institute 1991- 2009, is Chairman of (EARM) Evangelistic Arm for Resource and Mission International and has worked at numerous Regional and National Christian conventions as chair. He is an adviser to Camarines Dorcas, has ministered to six churches prior to current work at delGallego, and is also affiliated with PNP Life Coach and Municipal Advisory Committee.
